How Etsy fees are calculated

Listing fee: $0.20 per listing, expires after 4 months.
Transaction fee: 6.5% of the total order amount — item price + shipping + gift wrap.
Payment processing (US, Etsy Payments): 3% + $0.25 on the total including shipping and any sales tax.
Offsite Ads: only when a sale comes from an Offsite Ad — 15% if your shop's trailing-365-day revenue is under $10,000, 12% at or above; capped at $100 per order.
US sellers are not charged Etsy's Regulatory Operating fee. Not modeled: Etsy Ads (your own ad budget), currency conversion, and the one-time shop set-up fee.
